Description
The Danfoss AKV 15 electric expansion valve controls the refrigerant injection into the evaporator and is driven by an electronic controller using pulse-width modulation. It has brazed (ODF) connections and comes in four orifice sizes, from AKV 15-1 (18.1 kW with R404A) to AKV 15-4 (71.9 kW with R404A). For higher capacities, see the AKV 20.
