The new eight-cylinder compressor version with optimised efficiency delivers maximum performance thanks to the mexxFLOW valve plate system.
Thanks to its double circular valve design combined with a specific cylinder head, the mexxFlow system significantly reduces pressure losses, greatly improving compressor efficiency.
The Bock HG88 is a compact, semi-hermetic, suction-gas-cooled 8-cylinder reciprocating compressor. It features the optimised valve plate system mexxFlow, designed to deliver more powerful refrigeration while reducing energy consumption. This system significantly improves the compressor’s overall performance.
Bock has focused on ease of maintenance: the drive motor is easy to replace and access to components is simplified. Running smoothness is remarkable, as is energy efficiency. The suction cover can also be rotated in 90° steps, making installation easier.
The oil pump, which works in either direction of rotation, ensures reliable lubrication of the drive gear, and the large oil sump adds to this safety. An optional oil sump heater with immersion sleeve is available and can be replaced without opening the refrigeration circuit. Three sight glasses also allow an oil level regulator to be connected directly.
The solid metal terminal box offers a large internal volume and easy-to-use quick fasteners. For motor protection, the INT69G electronic system monitors winding temperature using PTC sensors (fitted as standard). As an option, it can also monitor discharge gas temperature.
