Geneglace ice plant
Flake and cube ice are widely used in the meat and fish industries, among others. We offer a wide range of machines from 1 tonne to 16 tonnes per day, as well as insulated silos for ice storage.
The GENEGLACE ice plant: the generator cylinder is double-walled in machined, polished and chrome-plated steel with polyurethane thermal insulation.
All components in direct contact with water, such as the water distribution and collection tray, the cutter, the scraper holder and the base, are made of stainless steel.
It is a fixed vertical drum with a separator vessel that ensures optimal filling of the generator and strong protection of the compressor
- The generator base is insulated.
- The drum has two scrapers, front and rear, to produce dry ice that releases easily.
- The generator is supplied with a submersible water pump.

The Geneglace ice generator
The generator produces dry, subcooled ice, ideal for industrial, food and marine applications. Its smart design is based on a fixed vertical cylinder, fully insulated to limit energy losses. With few moving parts, the system experiences little wear, reducing maintenance needs.

The generator is compatible with all modern refrigerants, including low-GWP solutions. It is also compliant with international standards such as PED, ASME and GOST. Manufacturing is monitored by an independent body, a guarantee of quality and safety. For food applications, the ice path is made of stainless steel to guarantee perfect hygiene.
